As project managers, we assemble a multi-disciplinary study team which will provide the level of focussed effort required for your project and are responsible for the overall project management and successful completion of the project. Our role is to provide services to assist our clients complete their projects in a timely and cost effective manner through the initiation, planning & design, conducting the project, monitoring to the final completion of the study through to the final project deliverables.
Each project is approached in a systematic and pragmatic manner to address the needs of the client. The study team of Grace & Associates Inc. has worked together with Municipal personnel on groundwater related projects in the past. We have extensive knowledge of the local groundwater conditions, having conducted over 400 hydrogeological and environmental projects in the City of Kawartha Lakes region.
Thomas Grace has worked as a manager, inter-disciplinary project team coordinator and senior environmental consultant. He has been qualified before the Ontario Municipal Board as an environmental geologist. He has assembled and managed multi-disciplinary teams and has completed environmental planning and permitting studies as well as environmental assessments and associated investigations for preliminary design projects. As a project manager, Mr. Grace’s organizational and facilitation skills have been used with success to achieve client objectives under very restrictive time and budget constraints.
